My girlfriend Macbeth completed her first Ironman yesterday (TIME:13:50:52). I'm super proud of her. I'm considering getting back into Tri's...it's been 3 summers since my last race, but the break has been nice. I'll toss around the idea of training for one next summer...most likely an Olympic though.
Off to get some work done.

my first post
The world of blogging is completely new to me...a friend of mine set up a blogspot recently and it seems quite handy. For the first few weeks, I'll have to remind myself to post to this thing. For now, I'm pretty jazzed about the idea, so we'll see how i do :)
